Ingredients
Raw Nendrakaya 1

Curd 1 cup (sour)
Salt 1 tsp When cooked
Stir continuously till it starts boiling
Ground coconut
Mix
Curry leaves
Fenugreek powder ¼ tsp
Coconut oil 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds
Fenugreek ¼ tsp
Dry red chilli 2
Curry leaves
Pour in curry
Mix well
Tips
Kurukkukaalan is made with raw banana
Cut the pacha kaaya and put it in salt water
You should take the same amount of yam.
While cutting yams, there is a chance of itchy hands
Put the cut yam in the water
Cook uncovered. Do not over cook
Use Sour curd
Add the curd to the curry and stir continuously until it boils or it will curdle
When the curry cools down it will thicken, so switch off the stove at desired consistency
