Hello dear friends,
In todays video I show you how to make DIET Sadya | Zero Oil Cooking | Diabetes | Pressure | Sugar Free Sadya.
Garlic - 2 flakes
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
green chilli- 4 nos
vazha koombu- 1 nos
Green gram - 1 Cup
Salt( according to taste )
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Water- 3/4 Cup (total)
Coconut - 1 Cup
Curry Leaves
kumbalanga- 1 Cup
Carrot- 1 nos
green chilli- 3 nos
Coconut- 1/2 Cup
Cumin Seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves
Salt( according to taste )
kuthari rice- 1 Cup
ginger- 1 tsp
Water- 3 Cups
Salt( according to taste )
Coconut- 1/2 Cup
Raw Banana - 1 nos
DRUMSTICK- 1 nos
BEANS
Carrot - 1 nos
kumbalanga
mathanga
Curry Leaves
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/4 - 1/2 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Water
Coconut- 1 1/2 Cup
Cumin Seed powder- 3/4 tsp
Curd- 1 tbs

Carrot- 1 nos
cucumber- 1/2 Cup
green chillies- 4 nos

സൂപ്പർ mam, ഇതുപോലെ ഇനിയും റെസിപ്പിസ് കാണിച്ചു തരണം. ഫുഡ്‌ റിലേറ്റഡ് അസുഖങ്ങൾ ആണ് മിക്കവർക്കും. അവർക്ക് ഇത് ഒരുപാട് ഉപകാരം ആകും. പിന്നെ എന്റെയൊരു suggestion പറയട്ടെ പായസത്തിൽ കരിപ്പെട്ടിക്ക് പകരം ഈന്തപ്പഴം ആണെങ്കിൽ കുറേകൂടി ഹെൽത്തി ആവില്ലേ.

You can buy soyamilk from stores or can make soya milk by soaking and grinding soybeans...e soyamilkil 1 green chili randayi pilarnnu itta shesham adachu vachal mathi...after 10 hrs ferment ay I curd akum

Very healthy and tasty onam sadhya. Im also diabetic patient. These receipees very useful for me. Instead of jaggery l use dates paste in payasam.

What l used is palm jaggery dear which is made from palm tree ..not jaggery from sugarcane❤its a healthier version
