Oh, he didn’t do anything except drive the bank robbers away from the bank…sounds a lot like, he didn’t do anything accept hold Tyre while his partners, kicked him in the head, punched him in the face, sprayed him with pepper spray, and beat him with an asp. Actually, holding someone being abused is a lot worse then just driving the getaway car. The police beat this young man to death and broke his neck in the process while Mr Bean held him down. Then they all talked about the big lie and how much fun they had doing it; while Mr. Bean exasperated the situation by sitting a man with a broken neck up and failing to provide first aid/leaving him for over 30 minutes. He’s a bad guy who sat their with his colleagues and planned the big lie after they beat Tyre to a pulp for no apparent reason. He didn’t call in or mention to anyone the misconduct of his colleagues. Because, unless he is a COMPLETE IDIOT, he should know that jumping out of your police car and attacking someone is a crime. The problem: his lawyer is suggesting that beating young Black men for unknown reasons is common practice within the police force (which I totally believe). Of course they are trying to fill up the prisons and most likely someone is getting a kickback. So, if police see a Black male walking or driving around alone just beat him up and make and arrest for whatever reason comes to mind. He won’t be able to talk or defend himself after the attack (he will look like a guilty criminal who was fighting the police and lost and got what he deserved). The judge will agree with the crooked police as usual. Get the picture.

Tadarrius Bean What we know * He held one of Nichols’ arms while officers pepper sprayed him * In Garrity Statement, he admitted he struck Nichols with closed fist two to three times in his face. Charges: * Personal Conduct: His conduct was unjustly, blatantly unprofessional and unbecoming for a worn public servant. * Neglect of Duty: he failed to recognize Nichols’ signs of distress and failed to disclose viable info to the responding emergency personnel. * Duty to Intervene and Reporting Improper Conduct: He held Nichols’ arms and witnessed officers punch and kick Nichols, but failed to take reasonable action to stop it. * Excessive Force/Unnecessary Force: He struck Nichols with a closed fist and held Nichols’ right arm as he was beaten and pepper sprayed. * Compliance with Regulations: Body worn camera was activated during the initial interaction to apprehend Nichols, but removed his camera and vest and placed it on the trunk of a squad car.
