Article 31C states that all DPSP are superior to 3 Fundamental Rights (14,19,31). Which later was condemned by Supreme court in 1980. But already these laws were protected by 31B right, how SC can involve again to condemn article 31C? That means still Article 39B, and 39C are superior to three fundamental rights (14,19, & 31)?

I thought DPSP is guidline for Good Governance but looks like government simply take over in the name of welfare of the overall good of society. Constitution parliament should have give more clarity on the manner implementation of DPSP. And second i didn't know that constitution talk about concentration of wealth as against the common good of society but it also talk about welfare of society. This is it self is explanatory that we choose politics by economy in combined system of Capitalism and Socialism. But the question remains is that did we achieved properly and sooner no. It looks constitution it self is contradictory in this subject. One the one hand talk about prosperity and on the other hand takes resources from individuals.

The directive of implementing uniform civil code runs contrary to some of the fundamental rights like freedom of religion, right to life and cultural rights. Tampering with these rights will threaten the spirit of diversity which inturn would create dissociation, further alienation and encourage fissiparous tendencies. Therefore, the uniform civil code would threaten the unity of India. While the UCC may be seen as a liberal-intellectual principle, it might not turn out to be an intellectual one in practice despite being a liberal one. It is true that public opinion translates into public policy and limiting it to a particular idea may not a good idea. Or in other words, the capacity to reward expansion and evolution of human wisdom should not be constrained by the consensus of constitution makers whose ideas might well be obsolete in the contemporary parlance. But, UCC is no less than a dangerous tool in the hands of a majoritarian government with a committed judiciary asking for conformism to a particular idea because sometimes this conformism comes by any means necessary. In the long run, people rebelling such encroachments on their rights are seen as problematic and troublesome and in the heat of hate and prejudice, genocide might be seen as the final solution. Would appreciate a discussion on this.

Point to note Article 46 : To promote educational and economic interests of SC ST and other backward classes and to protect them from social injustice and exploitation. In Champakam Dorairajan versus state of Madras, it was not regarding claims of SCs and STs to public services under union and State which is indeed a directive principle but not under article 46 but under article 335 of Part 16 ; relating to special provisions for certain classes ; of the Indian constitution. It was in fact regarding protecting the educational interest of SC and ST by making reservations in educational institutes of engineering. Please correct it.

Sir, I have one doubt that we cannot directlty sue against the government according to DPSP it's not enforcible to the court of law but in the court of public, but voting is not done when ever we want so we have to wait for five years, but in the court of law we can sue any time so it's time taking process
