The police lied to the parents of Ahmuad Albrey. They told them he was shot three times with a shot gun in the progress of robbing someone's home. The video tape was released after they told the family this lie. Ha,ha,. Let this be a lesson to anyone who films police brutality. Wait a couple of days to release the footage. That way the corrupt police officers well have already written and submitted their fake police reports.

Can we stop for a minute to think about how insane this case is? It’s clear as day that the McMichaels father-son duo and William Bryan, the guy in other truck who filmed the execution, were working in tandem to box Arbery in. That is why Arbery can be seen in the video running away from the camera and towards the McMichaels’ truck. Bryan must have been pointing a gun at Arbery too, otherwise Arbery would have run towards the camera for help. He was equally, if not more, frightened of Bryan. The initial DA report concluding not to charge anyone also says Bryan and the McMichaels were in “hot pursuit” of Arbery. Arbery - unarmed and on foot - was corralled like cattle by three big men, with deadly weapons, in trucks, and Travis McMichaels claims he feared for his life? Also, how could the DA even remotely think the GA citizen’s arrest statute applies where the statute requires that the McMichaels and Bryan had to have witnessed or have immediate knowledge of a crime taking place. Aside from Arbery’s murder, no crime occurred in the neighborhood that day. Resembling someone who might be connected to a PAST burglary is not covered by the statute. I keep thinking about how scared he must have been in the final moments of his life, with men in both directions pointing rifles at him. Why was he not entitled to self-defense?

@@nogoodpimp It's under investigation, but there is no evidence of a crime that's been made public information that would warrant an arrest. The existing evidence does support he was a neighbor the 2 murderers contacted to help with the chase of a man who they suspected was the thief at large in the neighborhood. I see nothing suspicious about recording it as everybody records everything. The reason they do? To keep a record of things and for their own safety are among the top reasons most people do this. Making some sort of trophy video may be another reason, but it's not a common one, and there's no reason to assume this was that as he turned the tape over immediately at the scene. He never tried to hide it. That doesn't exactly stink of any sort of suspicion of making a murder trophy tape. He was there as the suspects told them to help him, and then he reported the crime. That's called journalism, and not only is it a right, it may be the only reason justice is served. I can think of no other reason why anybody would want this man arrested based on the evidence available other than what his skin color was and that he was legally in the wrong place at the wrong time. That's a hell of a thing, because there was another man who died at the scene of the crime for the same reason. If any evidence exists that suggests Bryan knew this was going to be a lynching, then he should be behind bars. Until then, the unknown reason why Bryan filmed it is neither suspicious or a reason to imprison him for accessory to murder.
@dustynesmith4 жыл бұрын
@@nogoodpimp I think the GBI gave out the most current information on the 3rd suspect. They are investigating, however the man did show the video to police at the scene of the crime. The police were going to make arrests then, but the DA told the police not to. After that, the man took the video to his lawyer as was certainly in the man's best interest not only for himself, but everybody involved including the victim. His lawyer has been identified as the party who released the video. Some big names are claiming this was to "cut a deal with the justice system," though as he was confirmed to have shown it to the police this theory makes no sense. The lawyer likely had to research if and when he could release it. Cutting a deal also makes no sense as he was in the clear considering the DA buried the case. There was never a deal to cut and no case to begin with. Case closed as far as the police were concerned until he and his lawyer released the video. Now, if his lawyer released the video and did not properly inform him that charges could be brought against him if any exist - his lawyer could be disbarred and the man would likely get away with any and all charges considering his lawyer violated his rights. Any good lawyer would have told him that it's the decision of his client to release the video, but doing so could result in charges if he violated any crimes and also the decision would change his life unpredictable, with people calling for his arrest, getting fired from his job, his community turning on him, his complete life falling apart just for the sake of getting justice for the victim and his loved ones. That considered, I'd have to ask why would any guilty man bring that upon himself right after he decided to commit the crime? It appears that the lynching weighed so heavily on this man that his life was already changed forever, and attempting to get justice for this man was the only thing that he thought would help take that weight off of him. So if white supremacists hate him for being a rat, he's taking that hate along with the hate from people who think he went there with the intent to kill. He's the only one in this whole problem with almost nobody on his side.

@@CHENOTV Mr. Bryan was called by one of the murderers to try to obtain the suspect like a neighborhood watch is allowed to do. He knew the men were going to try to stop the man to wait for police at the very least, but there is no evidence to suggest he knew anything more than that. He knew somebody had been stealing things in the neighborhood, his neighbors called and asked them to help them catch the suspect, he followed them and turned on his camera.

@@nogoodpimp Bryan showed the police the video at the scene, the police refused to make arrests by order of the DA, Bryan returned to the police to give them the video. After nothing happened, Bryan gave the video to his lawyer, which anybody should do in a case like this. The video got traction after he and his lawyer agreed to release the video due to the failure of the justice system. He did not, as you stated, release the video after it got national attention. That makes no sense. The case was closed until he leaked the video to make it go viral. He had no name to clear as the case was already closed. I don't understand your point here at all. The case was closed prior to him releasing the video, so he stood nothing to profit from releasing the video. He had no name to clear. Nobody knew about the video. The DA shut down the case prior to this. I just don't understand what point you're getting at as he had no name to clear in a closed case, almost nobody knew about the case prior to him leaking the video, and he stood everything to lose and nothing to gain but justice for Ahmaud in leaking the video.
