on 9/29/2023 An officer with the Urbandale Police Department made a traffic stop on a silver S U V after noticing one of the Headlights Was not Working.

At 23 he was well past the date of majority. Unless in a court ordered custodial care status, no LEO/ADA/PD etc are mandated to disclose his legal matters to his parents. I turned 18 in the last semester of my junior year in high school, I went to the office and had all the contact information changed to my phone etc. my report card was sent to me, parents never saw another one.
