Which I believe they can only do if they have their lights on which he didn't turn on until he noticed the speed checker. What he could do is report it to the local police and a different officer could give him a ticket. Just because you're in a vehicle with emergency lights doesn't make you immune to traffic laws when you have them off.

There's only THREE! it's not that fucking hard! How do these people even get licenses? I was a dipshit kid, and my dad had a lot of guns, but even as a supremely stupid child I understood that under literally no circumstances was I to play with or touch a gun unless it was under my father's direct supervision and instruction. It's probably the one rule I never actually broke lmao. Regardless, it doesn't seem this guy got the same memo that 6 year old Sarah got. (Three rules I'm referring to are: always treat a gun like it's loaded, never point a gun at something you arnt prepared to shoot, and keep your finger off the trigger until ready to fire)

Tom I recently had a workplace injury where I amputated the tip of my finger and after the injury instead of calling an ambulance for me they called the plant manager to come get me in his truck to avoid the ambulance bill im assuming now my doctor is saying there’s almost no chance of the finger healing back to full capacity is there a case to be made here , also I’m a guitarist so my left hands fingers are incredibly important to my life and my career

At my house when I was a kid we had a big problem with people slamming their vehicles into our mailbox and breaking the post in half. They would also sometimes break it down with baseball bats and eventually dad got very ticked off and filled up a metal pipe that was about three inches in diameter and sunk it about six feet in the ground. With the addition of a further twelve pipes filled with concrete and then when they decided to try to knock down our mailbox again they got a bit of a surprise.

@@koshi6505 you are sorta correct about that if the person who is causing the problem is not doing it intentionally or that you were doing it to someone else's property. It would be illegal if it wasn't on the property at the time or if it had spikes on it or something else that would stab into the vehicle and it didn't. All it was is a metal pipe that was filled with concrete and secured in the ground. If we had say placed nails or spikes in to a tree that had a high probability of being cut down that would be setting a trap. But ensuring that your mailbox is not going to be crushed for the fifteenth time isn't a trap. If we had used anything that would have caused harm to people who were not actually in the process of causing potentially major harm to them selves already maybe but they were. They had no business in crushing our mailbox and they were not in any capacity of danger until they decided to ram our mailbox multiple times afterwards and they were the one who was in the process of attempting to cause property damage. Just because you make something sturdy enough to withstand a full collision with a car doesn't mean that you set up a trap.
