Hello Crysta I love your videos . I don’t miss any of your videos. High value content is what you provide . I have a question . What to do with clients that come from another tax professional and when you provide information by the way for free about the missing information and incorrect deductions in their prior years tax returnes they answer back , oh the other accountant did not ask my for a balance sheet ?. Or they even get a little mad like if I want to complicate everything when in reality I am providing value to them and showing them to do things correctly to avoid being audited and fall into a nightmare of paying back taxes with interest and penalties .

Hello,, Love your videos... Please guide,, what is the fate of Enrolled Agents? Trump is re-elected and he promised to slash the taxes of American citizens. Will anyone with "only EA certificate" be in demand and get job? Or do I need to have extra skills with EA ?? P.S : I only want to enroll and get an EA certificate.
