First of all my thanks to you for always sharing such knowledgeable contents. A very silly question I have... I heard that Gage R&R is required in Measure Phase of NPS improvement project as well but as far as I knew, Gage RnR is to check measurement system variation for projects such as Quality Score Improvements etc because here quality scores are the output of evaluation performed by the QAs and hence there is a possibility of error if they differ in openion... In NPS, the measurements are done based on surveys received from customers. My question is what measurements are we going to validate here in NPS improvement project. Thanks again in advance.
