If time is already captured through a system then it is not required

As I understand MSA is to validate the data before we conduct the analysis. Now, if the data is already there in the form of monthly reports from MIS department and I usually validate the formulas to check it's correctness and I start analyzing , do I have to do MSA anywhere?. Or what I cross checked the mis data can b considered as MSA ?.

You can check correctness of data coming out from the system by attribute gage r&r. Check for repeatability and accuracy. Make a person standard and compare results.
