Dometic Ascension FTX 401 TC is it the same size ish as the kampa croyde 6 air on the inside?

The Dometic Ascension 401 TC is 320cm wide in comparison to the Croyde TC which is 410cm.

@@AttwoollsCoUk true but the walls of the dometic are more straight right. Does it feel close to the kampa indoors?

@@weetabix1980 I would still say the Kampa feels bigger but not by much, certainly usable space wise.

I am on your website £2180 VANGO VENTANAS II AIR TC 650XL AIRBEAM TENT 2022 + Ground sheet + Inner Tent + Sky Hooks + Carpet OR £3110 DOMETIC ASCENSION TC 601 AIR TENT 2022 + Ground sheet + innter tent + carpet + Dometic Ascension TC Annexe There is £1000 difference, like for like soooo is it really worth spending that extra £1000 for the Dometic??? I do love the extra storage at the rear of the Dometic keeps it so much tidier and the upright sides offer a lot of space feel. Saying that the Vango sides are pretty upright anyway compared to other tents. I like to go Dometic but the £1000 extra is a lot.

I agree, when you compare with a product like the Vango Ventanas TC there is a substantial difference in price and that is why the Ventanas TC is one of the best values high spec Polycotton tents on the market.

Personally, I think they've made a mistake striping the Kampa name to the basics making it look cheap. The Dometic range looks really boxy and ugly if I am honest. I am glad I went for my 2019 Kampa Hayling Classic before they ruined this brand. I just hope I can still get spares for my Kampa Hayling Classic in the near future.

Spares won’t be a problem to get hold of as there will still be tents under warranty that needs tubes (just in case). It wouldn’t be a bad thing to maybe by a spare as it is better to have than not need, than need and not have.

@@AttwoollsCoUk How much is a spare tube for my Kampa Hayling 4 Classic bought from yourselves back in 2019. 👍
