Sir? Regarding po sa status ng contract. A contract entered by a foreign corporation without license should be considered what po? Null and void agad? Unenforceable?

Sir asking for a friend. Pag ka contractual daw po ba, pwedeng magresign? 3 months po duration ng contract niya and sa during that period, pwede po ba siya magresign kahit di pa tapos yung contract?
