Great Job. Great video for Suzuki KQ owners too, Thanks

Thanks. So far the maintenance has been pretty easy on these- maybe the second spark plug is a little tough to get to otherwise very easy.

So your manual says jaso ma for your oil. I think the oil you have is ma2 I know ma is now broken into two categories ma1ma2 so what I am asking is running ma2 in something that requires ma ok to run ?

Hey Joe, the dealership gave us this oil when we bought the machines so we stuck with it. My owners manual says Suzuki Genuine Oil or Equivalent. Next few sentences down says Equivalent Engine Oil is JASO MA (MA1, MA2) so it’s what we stuck with. Check page 1-4 owners manual. Hope that helps

@@DirtyJakTheDustyBean ok it does. I am just trying to pick the best oil. I also heard that we shouldn’t run full synthetic because of the wet clutches. They need a bit of friction so they don’t get damaged. And full synthetic is to slippery. I am getting this info from a atv shop. But think I will contact the dealer. Thanks for your reply and videos. Cheers buddy.

@@joerutkowsky3261We try to just stick with whatever the manufacturer suggests for the machine.

if the lady says make sure you got beer , the rest of the job is easy . You can do the spark plug from inside the front fender if you have a magnet to extract the plug, replace the spark plug every year, it's like a full tune up every time it's changed. Always us anti-sieze on the threads. If you pull the clutch apart, change out the rollers to 18 or 16 gram rollers you'll love it. It's like gaining 10 hp (wheelie potential). kzbin.info/www/bejne/opncmaKejZJgiaMsi=P9_by3VsWzVazcF7

You can say that again about the beer! Will take a look at the video link

Great video but exactly where do you suggest the second spark plug should be located? The interior of the combustion chamber is a complicated place and a lot of engineering goes into where the spark plugs go.
@DirtyJakTheDustyBean3 ай бұрын
We get that part of the engineering with the spark plug but darn it it’s hard to get to until you really get the feel for it. We’ve changed it since and did it much easier than the first time.

Hello I have a lot of oil coming from my clutch housing on my 750 king quad I wonder if that’s normal or there’s a seals and behind if that’s leaking

Do these king quads not have a magnet on the rear diff or oil drain plug? I just bought a 2023 750 and did first oil change on motor and diffs. Was surprised to see only my front diff plug had a magnet.
@DirtyJakTheDustyBean Жыл бұрын
I don’t think our rear differentials had the magnet either.

@@DirtyJakTheDustyBean Ur motor didnt either correct? Just seems weird that they dont have a magnet on all 3 plugs. Especially the motor. But besides that, I am loving this machine. I have owned a few other name brands including the CF Moto 800xc. But wanted a smaller more trail oriented machine that was reliable. It was a toss up between another grizzley or the King Quad. Both great atvs but aint at all got any regrets about this machine. Just cant beat a machine that you dont have to wrench on or worry about on the trail or piece together when u get home. We also bought the new Can Am 700XT, and that also is seeming to be a great machine.

@@michaellivingston6707can’t wait to hear how the Can Am holds up! Yea kinda weird with the magnets. We just crossed 1000 miles on em and so far have been flawless. I agree with the not wanting to wrench on your machine a bunch.

@@DirtyJakTheDustyBeanWe have got 2000 miles on this year already here in northern Wisconsin. I just sold the CForce 800XC with 3000 miles on it without no issues. Just wanted something smaller. My girlfriend liked the Can Am outlander 700XC I bought so much she didnt wanna ride 2up anymore. So I decided to get the Suzuki 750 King Quad for myself. She has 500 miles on the Can Am already in just 2 months and I got 173 miles on the King Quad 750. We ride up here in Port Wing Wisc area. If ur not familiar that is on the south shore of Lake Superior near Ashland and Bayfield Wisc. Right now its so beautiful out on the trails with the fall colors. Wish u two a safe and fun trail riding experience wherever u go. Look forward to ur videos and thanks for your help in all u show us here on U Tube.

Hi ,I don't have a King Quad. But I'm thinking of buying one. Is there no gear box oil to change?(transmission) Thanks
@DirtyJakTheDustyBean9 ай бұрын
As far as I know there is no transmission oil. Just engine oil, front diff oil and rear diff/wet brake oil.

Thanks, I guess the engine oil must lube the quad matic transmission.I have a 2015 Honda Rincon and the engine oil and transmission share the same oil.Thanks again.@@DirtyJakTheDustyBean
