ATV Stacker and Lift, Part 2

Fixing the pully/hook grab problem where it dug into and tore the shelf, and now uncovering another one. The Pully/hook that I use to connect up to the quad is crashing into the pully block at the back, and bottoming out. Simple solution, though, as all I have to do is extend the pully/hook further under the quad, after I figure out where I can hook it in.
