I’m so happy I just bought one of these at the dealer. There was 5 2023 models of the same color at the dealer I went to and the original price was $9,600 before fees but they were on clearance sale for 7,600 after fees if you paid cash other wise it was $8,600. So we got cash and paid $7,600! With warranty and everything I’m so happy lol

@@JoshuaOverman Get what you want bud! Seriously, you're paying for it! But having ridden them all numerous times, This outlander (700 series) is in the same class as the yammy and Suzuki. It's got the sharp steering of the Yamaha, the grunt of the Suzuki, better power steering, better overall handling and even with the single rear caliper, BRP's linked brake system is easier to modulate. The Can-Am's P-Drive dry clutch can be considered a weak point if you "drive it like your car" but it will leave the yammy and the Suzuki standing at the line. Does not make the Yammy or Suzuki worse off. ANY of these units is a sound buy.

@@JoshuaOvermanas someone who owns a HD7 Pro XU and a 2020 grizzly, I would recommend the Can Am 10 times out of 10. And I use my quads hard on the farm, in the dirt, and hunting and fishing. There is not a single area where the Grizzly outperforms the HD7.

I like the front storage, Polaris was the winner for me as storage is huge. Straps, tire kits, lunch, I want storage without putting grandpa boxes on. The personal storage = excellent, the countersunk rear is great to help stabilize things like coolers, gas cans, etc. A lot of thought finally went into an ATV, including the new chainsaw mount. Finally a proper way to bring a saw. And I'm not a Can-Am fan, but they ticked a lot of boxes for me.

@@87vikk Ive owned 2, zero issues. Also owned 2 Arctic cats and a KQ 750. But I also take care of my stuff. At the same time I know 3 people which own 2 different models, all 2018+ and all have auto transmission issues.
@EC_ATV_Outdoors7 ай бұрын
@@87vikk and I love people who criticize the reliability of whatever is #1 in sales. Doesn't matter if it's a screwdriver, PC game, or an ATV. Polaris owns something like 50-70% of the market share where brp is second at less than 14. But I'll round down for Polaris and up for brp just to be conservative. So when you go to a BRP dealer and see an avg of 3 in for repairs, then swing by the Polaris dealer and see an avg of 6. That doesn't make Polaris less reliable as they are selling 3.5x more and only have 2x in repair. So Polaris would be more reliable. So now, do this with a KQ or Yamaha that sell single digit % of the market they will seem even more reliable. Though I would argue that they are as one who has owned a KQ. Now for my previous comment. A female friend had a Honda that was in the shop 13x for shifting issues and electrical issues. 2 acquaintances had the same issues. Honda spent three years trying to figure it out and even had a computer mounted on it for analysis. They ended up giving her a new ATV after three years of BS. By comparison, my 2017 AC, 2020 high lifter, 2021 850 touring, 2018 KQ, and a Kymco 300 (AC branded), none were ever had manufacturing or reliability issues other than the HL needed a new starter. But it was a mud machine going in water and mud.

This or a Rubicon for mainly plowing and occasional trail use?
@PowerSportsQuebec Жыл бұрын
For heavy intensive and primary use as a workhorse I'd prefer the Honda, preferably a foot shifted unit but the Rubicon will do fine. The Can-Am will do it without breaking a sweat and is much more powerful BUT.. The operator must know the limits of a CVT belt driven machine and use low gear when working.

What's comical is the lower center of gravity, a smaller single with more power than is typical of a single, easy pop off panels, a reversed engine for accessibility and a shorter straight out the back exhaust is awesome when Can-Am does it. But every made fun of Arctic Cat when they started it 2/3 years ago 😂
@PowerSportsQuebec Жыл бұрын
To be fair, the cat does not have the exact same layout, the engine is much higher in frame and will cook the drivers buns at low speed. Its not a bad motor though but seem like its been stuffed in there like an afterthought. Can-Am just did it better. The other rear slanted single is the segway snarler but it was plagued with the worst cvt we ever tested. New cvtech cvt on 2023 models seem to have solved that. Were supposed to try one very soon

@@jasonmorehouse3756 based in what? Because some need HP to accomodate smaller things? My AC 700 H1 is as reliable as the KQ I had. Which anything is more reliable than a Can-Am. And every Can-Am on KZbin has $5k in aftermarket mods to make them do what they do. My Polaris 850 touring has way more power than I need. Very reliable, but maintence costs are high due to greasing and 4 oil's. Can-Am just went to making 650 singles and the new machines are butt ugly, and don't have the reliability of an AC. Moving to Yamaha and Honda, meh. Yamaha is baiting and the belt is reliable, but not better than Suzuki for reliability. Honda is crap these days for reliability So tell me, what is your awesome amazing brand lol

The Defender is the best farm workhorse on the market, and the HD10 is easily the best of the ATV’s. I had two Sportsmans, and both were nothing but trouble. Broken belts, bad gear boxes, a blown engine, and a cracked frame in two years of ownership. One a 2018, the other a 2019, bought at the same time.
