Will Nicol Because Donald Trump is acting really mature right? You call out your friends when they're out of line, no? when they're not being who they could be. It is no different between countries. We can be allies with country/someone and simultaneously criticize their behaviour in a civilised way. As Jeremy did here, he criticized him where it was obvious enough to be noticed, but vague enough to go over most peoples heads. If that was his true intention at all. He can only really speak indirect rhetoric whilst he is out of power as he cannot interfere with international relations. If Jez does come to power then I think unlike Theresa may he must challenge the president publicly or privately on his seemingly prejudiced policies in some meaningful way.

You're not looking at the big picture, just the small. It is a fact we are leaving the EU in the next few years, our business ties in Europe may or may not be the same after Brexit, it is all very much unclear at this stage, my point to you is that would you rather A) Be on the good side of the leader of you're most powerful ally which could lead to better deals with the US. or B) Cast him out for a few policies you disagree with and have the country pay the price in worse deals with the US in the coming years. There is a huge difference between criticising policies and simply not liking someone, the point in this is to show you that, ok you can criticize bad policies but at the end of the day you're always going to be in a better position if you are friendly with the president of the US, Emmanuel Macron (leader of France) is for example a friend of Trump, doesn't mean he doesn't disagree with his policies but Macron understands that it is of absolute benefit to his country to be on the good side of Mr Trump and any U.S president for that matter.

Why does he mention that Arsenal have a history with black players and will continue having them? As an owner of a club, you should never think about the color of someones skin when you get players for your team. Just what that player will provide for your club. It does'nt matter what color he is. If it stands between a white or a black guy, and the white guy is better. You shouldn't pick the black guy just so you can say "I have black guys on my team so I'm not racist". That is racism in my eyes. So this guy mentioning black players seems wrong to me. It does'nt matter what nationalities your players come from. Of course you will have many different nationalities, since football is popular worldwide, and talents grow all over the world. Racism is not even a big deal in football anymore. Just look on all the different top teams. And if there is a racist owner somewhere, he will not be succesfull because he might pick a white player over a black player, even if the black player is much better.
