The only part that was actually a shot that probably wasnt saveable was the one England scored in their own fucking net. It pitiful when the best goal of the entire tournament was in the wrong net! The level and quality of women football is not even light years comparable to mens (It's 1930s football by men standards). 2. Theres 0 demand for women football therefore is gonna be treated as a filial part of a club were men football is the obvious first in importance, youth team second and then the women side because it just does not makes sense otherwise. 3. How the fuck can you deluded ignorant feminist demand the same pay for women in a sport where your value is directly attached to concistency and the level you perform, the only way clubs can afford these incredible amounts of money is because there is enormous demand, men football has incredible value which have been earned through many years. 4. I thought once "wow, its so great that women's football is getting popular, its great that women are being given the same opportunities" and then I watched the women's Man City vs chelsea match, and I'm sorry, but it was absolutely shocking, they can't pass the ball straight. My opinion changed straight away. I'm all for women having the same opportunities, but until the level of football they play at improves, I don't think much of a growth will happen.

Hey Spencer, Come to my local team Hereford FC a new team that is ran by the fans. In late December last year, Hereford United was liquidated due to unpaid debts, from bad owners taking money from our club for there own bad reason. Andy Lonsdale (the owner) apparently wanted to destroy the ground (Edgar Street) to build a new houses. Now, we have a new club - Hereford FC. We play our football in the 9th division - the midlands football league and have over 900 season ticket holder. we played our first home game and got over 4200 people into Edgar Street against FC United of Manchester and won 1-0. Hope to see you there Owain.

In the early days women's football was pretty popular, there was a team called Dick Kerr Ladies that used to get crowds of up to 50,000. The FA banned professional women's football and threatened to remove any club that would allow a women's team to use their stadium or training facilities, apparently because playing football was something women shouldn't be doing. (they were afraid that the Women teams were becoming more popular than Men's which was totally unacceptable).

It would be so cool if the quality of women's football was up there with the men's. I really think it would blow up in popularity if this was the case. Sure, there are some people who are just like 'pfft, women playing football?' But I think most people would embrace it, as long as they enjoyed the games, and to enjoy the games, you need the football to be quality.
