we are assuming (you are assuming) that this is the real Aubrey ..... i don't believe it is ...... Much of what we see of Aubrey is part of her act - her schtick - it is a ROLE that she plays - with her constant trolling and making stuff up and then selling it to everyone - it has become her "stock-in-trade" (her unique brand, if you will) ..... She is on record, in an interview from last year, saying that we would be surprised just how BORING her life (outside of all this) really is! ..... and with the isolation that invariably comes with being a celebrity, i perfectly get what she means.... i suppose that in the final analysis, in most ways Aubrey is not that much different than the rest of us - but we all need to see her as THIS Aubrey, and that's totally cool.
