I get that it is confusing as the movie is Swedish but yeah the director probably hate to be called Swedish because he directed a Swedish movie because of the rivalry between Sweden and Danmark. Some more info on the writer of the movie: "I write everything for my girlfriend! " So the guy, Jonas Ajvide Lindqvist is the most down to earth guy ever! He lives in fear and passion of what his girlfriend thinks of his writing. If she so much as wrinkles her nose at something he writes he will Rewrite the whole chapter! (She is a writer as well) He has written a book about writing: "I have to fail better" He felt he could not succeed in writing. Tomorrow I might go see it in Gothenburg. Then I can give u a review.
