My dad used those cheap qtp/dmh cutouts forever on his car and they burned out about once a year. After getting sick of it he found a company called NoWeeds and they make custom fully diverted cutouts, so it basically makes it a true open header, it has a dual butterfly system and you can have them custom made to your specifications. They've lasted for 6 years and no problems.
