I just got into forex trading by accident. Bought a bot that didn’t work. It was a rip off. Then tried doing it myself. Made 200% profit in 8 days of trading (62 trades 58 winners). Kept taking mostly short positions, roughly made $250 a day. Some days over $500. My initial starting balance after the bot failed was $1,200. Grew that to almost 4. Then came the big huge dip in euro usd pair that I just didn’t anticipate (guess nobody does) July 4th. Lost big. $2,100). My first big loss. Long story short found your channel. Thank you VP. Branching out to this pair and others you mentioned. That euro usd is ridiculous. The news makers almost work in cahoots with the banks. “ mid 1.1300s coming”. You go long and it shoots down to 1.1239. Great channel.

The timing of this one is impeccable, cause after going through all the no nonsense forex content, and putting a rough draft of my algorithm into place with all the pairs VP recommends, I discovered in just the past few weeks that my algorithm seems to work very well on this pair. I like the AUD, NZD, and and a few of the CAD pairs thus far. And I’ve found that I hate the EUR/USD all the sudden. In back testing it I can’t find any consistency with it using my rough algorithm, which is probably a good sign. In the past two months I haven’t taken a single trade on it, and I don’t miss it at all. I’m very seriously considering deleting the chart altogether as I can’t find much reason to keep it. Sometimes you just got to cut her loose

I have been trading FX full time for the last 2 years with reasonable success (it's paying the bills).... Watching a series of videos like this displays snippets of how the FX Market really works. Unfortunately it is far harder to make consistent profit.... NOT A profit... week in week out profit... the type you will require to ditch your mundane job and trade for a living..... I would have watched, read and demoed on a Trading Platform for well over a 1000 hours... because I wanted a lifestyle for ME..... You may have to watch a complete series such as this just to get 2 mins of valuable, usable information.... half you already knew, the other 49.5% is not applicable to your own trading strategy, financial risk appetite, available time.... even thought processes.... But this is one of the better series out there... just my 2 cents FWIW.

Great video VP as always! I can honestly say your channel is the only channel on KZbin where I've watched every single video and am are even going back over some of them to make sure I've understood them. I used to stay away from close pairs like AUDNZD and EURGBP as a trader I was being taught by in the beginning told me they were like seesaws and I should avoid them but now I know better to go look at the daily chart and analyse the length of the trends myself.

I completely agree with you this currency pair. It made me so much money. With this currency pairs I've had trades that went risk/reward 1:7 or 1:10 without any news. I love how this moves. And once again I agree with you on EURUSD that can be a horror show. Banks F around too much with this. I remember being a beginner beign advice to trade this one because of the low spread costs and something suggest to all new traders. Tbh I don't really see why I people love this so much. Not saying you can't make money of EURUSD, but it's not a favorable pair.

To all the cynics out there who make neg comments on VP's Videos, you have obviously took enough time to watch them, to allow you to form your gripes. Well for me watching the videos, listening to the podcasts, reading the blogs, my trading has become so much better, not because i bought some crummy system, from some guy who says he worked in the London Stock Exchange for two weeks during a summer break at school. certainly not because i'm some kind of half wit who will follow somebody like a lemming off a cliff, and certainly it's not because i believe this channel will provide me with the key to a Forex treasure trove.. it's simple, its because all the content on this channel, and the nononsesnse web page, is thought provoking enough to make me question how forex is really traded, and for me to look at how the way i trade could be improved. as a very small example, one thing i had never previously considered, until it was mentioned on one of the videos, is how old some of these indicators actually are, for Christ sake technology has moved on massively in the last 15 years never mind since the 1960's and i have consequently gone on to find some pretty new and dynamic indicators which are right up to speed.. i now reckon most platforms are still adding them because they are free and familiar names.. But what makes me wonder is who actually gives a crap, if or indeed how VP is making money, i for one am getting another perspective to consider and for free... so salute.. and whilst on that not, e take Bill Williams, for instance trader, author of books on psychology, technical analysis and chaos theory in trading.. nobody says "well Hey there Bill if your so good at trading, what the hell are you selling books for?" do you think he'd give a crap if they did...So to end, nobody is putting a gun to our heads and saying watch these videos... if you don't like it you could always ask for your money back

I started following back in Jan 2019. Thank you VP for the well thought out videos and podcast. Not seeing one Ad during your videos means you truly want to help. So my question to everybody is with back testing what are your percentages I have gone back 2year and sometimes 5 on other pairs. I just want to see where I’m at .. you could have a 40% success rate and with great risk/money management be successful. And you could have a 90% but lose big (bad exit indicator) and barely scrap by. AUDNZD Entry 87% One candle rule 75% With the trend entry 87% I am forward testing still. After all this is based off 2-5 years lol.. just want to know if I have a good baseline system or not ... thanks
