Every time this comes up in my playlist while I’m driving It hits hard Update: he passed away from vaping, he used Juul a lot to relieve stress. That vape clogged one of his lungs and there was liquid inside. Caused a pulmonary aneurysm

He's not a musician in the band. They also have an official drummer now too, I think. I have no idea if it's the guy in the video.

For me it was orange juice & Pink Floyd’s “Comfortably Numb” , which might be why Melancholy Hill is my favorite Gorillaz. I got to see the 2nd Demon Daze festival in LA area ten days before this street performance was filmed. A fan for twenty years, it was my first time to catch Gorrillaz live, it was outside in a feild under a night sky, incredible really. I left with a new perspective that Gorillaz is very Pink Floyd, they closed with the Sun song and it was epic like Pink Floyd in Pompeii. Damon & friends makes us feel even if it’s just a melancholy feeling
