Looks OK, I have a brand new OEM flywheel in a box and it has some level of play as well.

My Urs4 (6 speeds ) makes a strange noise only in reverse, a guy told me it can be the reverse bearing. I have noticed that sometimes it is hard to put in reverse, and once it is, it's hard to put it in neutral. I don't know if has something to do with the flywheel.

Reverse gear is straight cut... so it has that WW2 jeep transmission sound. It's normal.

im no expert on these but compared to mine that dont look to bad , its done well to last 206K , I think i come across a video on here where a guy measures the amount of acceptable play on DMF`s
