The two solenoids that go to the combi valves, they have air coming out of them from the combi valves to the solenoids, but I can't tell if the solenoids are working, how do I verify that?

my error code is injection valve stuck open...bank 2! which side is the bank 2 code or should both egr combi valves be replaced? thanks in advance

Could you not just delete the injection pump from the system it will still run right?

Yes can be done but you have to code it out second air injection function to pass emission readiness.
