The reason why it sounds quiet is because the resonator wasn’t removed

Hey guys so back again to this video..... I had my audi a 3 straight pipe meaning resonator and muffler removed and it sound amazing. The thing is when you are driving its too loud and at times annoying. Driving on an hour drive its too loud inside the cabin I get annoyed if I have to go anywhere farther then city limits. Don't get me wrong the pops on the exhaust us so cool but just the drone noise its too much.

@@adlerrigby2972 both, if you don’t want it that loud I would say just do a muffler delete but don’t expect to much just from that I’m about to get mine deleted I can lyk how it sounds and stuff.

Mine has the muffler delete and the resonator delete but still has the stock manifold and cat on it and you don't get the drone..in my honest opinion I think thats the best route to go if you don't want a headache on long trips but also has a wonderful exhaust note.

@@BHWavvy I just did a muffler delete and left the resonator. It’s insanely loud and the cabin drone is unbearable. Gunning it is a lot of fun though. People jump and turn their heads haha. Good thing I asked to keep the stock muffler, as I’m going to put it back on.

@Nade I reinstalled the muffler and did the resonator delete. Now it’s too quite and sounds bone stock hahaha

Thinking of going straight pipe for a bit till I get my exhaust was also thinking of fabing my own. I really want the ego x or bull x exhaust on my 2018 audi a3 digital cluster. But the exhaust is 3k.

@@trystanwoods4889 it will after like 5 or 10 miles I put my resonator back on it was too obnoxious you can get a oc sensor adapter to not throw a code but I tuning stage 2 IE 93 octane and it deletes the codes

I have IE downpipe then the stock resonator then straight pipe running stage 2 93 ie tune and ie intake and a cts bov going to switch to flex fuel e85 sometime soon
