My wife upgraded from a Toyota Corolla to the 2.0ltr Sline Quattro with all upgrade packages & she is in love with it! To tell you the truth so am I. What a great hatch! Looks unreal & gets up & goes! Our first Audi & don't think it will be our last, reliability will be the determining factor.

Having driven the 2.0 150 tdi and the 1.4 150 tfsi I chose the 1.4; smoother , quieter , lighter, 45+ mpg and more on a motorway run , also felt a faster

driven the one and it's steering being electric is just the same as the Audi feels very similar just the absence of a set of driven wheels gives it away. In every other respect the new A3 is superior though. particularly build and Infotainment. in every day driving you don't push a car to the limits of adhesion and so the handling is and ride is equal. it's a good quality mid life face-lift looks a quality car to me

Don't think the TDIs will be very popular now, apart from business users. Most new A3's I see are TFSI, the market is changing!

BoschExxcel what's the difference between a 1.6 tdi and a 1.4 fsi I don't know much about cars and would be good to know before I commit to the tdi Thanks in advance

the 1.4 TFSI is a much better engine overall than the 1.6 TDI unless economy is your main concern. Even then the TFSI won't be that far behind. Most reviews I've seen favour the TFSI due to it being much more refined and still punchy like a diesel.

Is the 148 bhp 1.4 worth it? Way cheaper than the black edition with the same BHP? Is finance better for this car or should I just aim for a Golf GTI ? Some of the gtis I’ve found are 14000 same price as these Audi’s? Stuck man 😂

You can tell the difference between a Merc A Class from 2004 and 2016. This you cant. The A-class is the better choice in my view.
