Audi A4 2.5TDI Avant - 0-250km/h (speedo) - 2014 setup ~ 330hp

Speedo based numbers. Official numbers are measured correctly. Here is the compilation from two videos, other is from the start of 1/4 mile and the other from standing mile event. Mixed together about on 100km/h. So season 2014 best was 14.1/168.8km/h (best trap speed was 171.7km/h) and standing mile event trap speed of 240.9km/h
Juutuub standardien mukainen video, joka ei perustu todelliseen gps nopeuteen. Koostettu kahdesta semionnistuneesta ajosta, toisessa 1/4mailin startti, toisessa mailin loppuun asti veto. :) Tässähän alkaa välitykset loppumaan kohtapuolin kesken. Kauden parhaat oli vartille 14.1/168.8 (kauden paras loppunopeus 171.7) ja mailille speedpartylla 240.9. Perstuntumalla on fiilis että pitäisi kovempaakin mennä.

Holy Moly! :O I got an Audi A6 4B 2,5 TDi and was not sure if its possible to gain some more Horsepower from this engine. Its the 150hp Engine. Can you give me some advice? I want a little more power but i´m not sure if my engine wants it like i want it :D

Well in a short term you need bigger nozzles, bigger turbo, maybe bigger intercooler, bigger exhaust system and ecu tune. :)

Hi BigdiffasWhat nozzles would you recommend to a GTB2260VK upgrade on BDH motor, so it still runs smoothly and quietly at idle and without wild smoke.Is DSLA143P970 a good choice? or you have a better setup for about 250-280hk.? And what is the optimum injection pressure? hope the standard pump can feed enough ...Best regards Stefan (Denmark)

+stefannoer P970 or P1058 nozzles are really good and quality upgrade but they are just for minor upgrade (max. +30% fuel). Good for your power goals

Hi. I'm fine just super busy and did have just vaccation trip so have been out of garage quite some time now. Nozzles are available on any diesel shop because they are oem stuff. About the turbo it depends if you want to use build manifolds and make it custom or direct bolt on hybrid turbo. Same goes with the intercooler, there are no bolt on intercoolers so just buy universal one that fits. I use Do88 intercooler products

How much hp in this video? Will a audi a4 b5 quattro avant 2.5tdi 6 speed MT with 220hp do 250kmh without going over 4200rpm?

Cant remember exactly but I thinkg it had 320-330hp at that time. If your car has max power around 4000-4300rpm it may reach 250 but most likely not gonna reach that

Is this engine reliable with stage 2+ tune and do yuo need another turbo for that? I want my a4 b6 quattro avant tiptronic to do 0-100kmh in 5.0 seconds 230hp does 5.5 seconds 0-100kmh ive seen

Well the tiptronic is the weakest link on your setup. Mot likely must limit torque to the 450-500nm and modify maps for tiptronic too i believe. Engine itself is pretty reliable with mild power upgrades. I ran over 200k with over 300hp setup. Like always its always shortens engine life more power you add to it. 250-270hp is so mild upgrade so no worries. for 5sec 0-100 you need way over 300hp with tip.

@@bigdiffas ok then i Will do max 270-280hp Just to keep the engine in good shape and is there a runaway kill switch on this engine and where should i put the rev limiter to keep it safe? And Will it be Just as fast as a b7 3.0 tdi 240hp with stage 1? When it has around 280hp?

Hi Diffas , i have question for you about limited VP44 pump . I brought Audi A4 B6 AYM with pump limited 51mg, total power on 51mg was 167km 317nm. Me and my friend off the limit but only 55mg we rise- this mod go to 183km and 336nm . Any ideas to delete 55mg limit? I have GT2060V turbo - small but spool very well. I thing maybe change injectors and turbo , i have complete p970 injectors in pop-up press 250 atm and hybrid turbo vel-satis GT2560V on billet compression wheel - how power on this setup i have and limited pump??? Oh, i forgot AYM die , new engine BDG :) . Sorry for my weak eng.

Thats weird. With 51mg/str you should have about 190-192hp from the engine. I'm not familiar with the term km otherwise than kilometer. If that is wheel power, it's pretty good. I have no idea about how to get rid those limiters. My friend is doing all the ecu mods that are need and I'm more into hardware stuff. Using larger nozzles you will get more fuel into engine. I'm pretty sure you get atleast 250hp with those nozzles and turbo.

Okay, and VP pump is large enough for the desired power? What is the opening press for a P970 nozzle? And many thanks for your feedback

+stefannoer Yeah pump is capable way past 300hp, so no need to worry. There are some limiters in pump ecu that limit duration. I know some run with 240bar opening pressure, but I recommend bit higher (260-280) just to make sure. Combustion noise raises a bit when using larger nozzles.

Nope. Don't wanna try that on public road. :D Well I'm happy when I max out my gears on standing mile - That's about 265-270km/h :)

bigdiffas and this is still with the CPC nozzels and around 330 HP max power like you had on the last dyno you posted ? What turbo is this one ? It's not the 3071R right ?

Yes. This is with cpc nozzles and gtx2863r and 330+ hp. I'll try to dyno my car in two weeks.

bigdiffas well i hope that i will be able to upgrade mine to this level as well. You did not keep the 3071R because it doesn't give you too much torque low down... ? in the 1500-2500 range right ? It spools up later and you can only use it for more sporty driving.. upshifting at 3500 - 4500.. which is not something that you do in city traffic obviously... that's why i will look into the 2863 as well.. as my car is being used in the city driving 80 % of the time and i need high torque low down the range. Do you think that if i use CPC nozzles and the 2863, i can run 300 HP without the smoke ? I would settle for less power but cleaner air behind me.. :D

I wasnt happy wit hthe 3071 but i'll probably go fullsize gtx3067 in some time if needed. Fututre will tell :)
