Turning off seatbelt alarm is a big one and headlight spray washers off to help save a ton of washer fluid. The reason I bought this in the first place was to be able to code my own battery instead of the stealership price. All of the mods you mention in this video were done. Also you can reset service timers for oil changes and what not, no reason to take it to the stealership for the price of 100 bucks.

For the Q7, I have the carly scanner which does basically most of the stuff OBD11 and VAGCOM does but With the Q series (SUV) Espically my Q7 I cant do alot. I can do the cool needle sweep when I start the car it goes back and forth. But im trying to do the window feature espically for the summer time. I didnt try it yet but I will when its a little warmer. I dont think the carly scanner has that feature. Not sure if OBD11 has it for the Q7.

Any suggestions on how to get my virtual cockpit functioning appropriately again? Out of the blue my navigation map both on virtual cockpit screen and middle dashboard screen no longer works. 2017 A4, think it’s a Premium Plus. It’s the middle trim, between Prestige and Premium. There is an S-Line emblem in my running boards inside door frames. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi nice video by the way ,i would like to ask you do you know maybe how to shut off the open door chime ??? My car is an A4 from 2012 and although i have it in the apps " Open door alarm " i can't change the value because it's blocked . I have tried in the long coding function as well , function 46 comfort system , but it doesent let me to change the value , it's blocked ! Any help would be much appreciated :) , thanks!

No, for that you just want the ABS sensor in the front brake either fitting properly or a new one. They don't cost much.

@@EnglishLaw True.. But it's also 100$+ annually.. so are you really getting around it? I quit retaining the PRO license, and just use my VCDS for this kinda stuff. I only use my obd11 now for just quick code scanning, and that's about it. OBDEleven has a great product but the micro-transaction business model is trash.

I had a 2013 S5 Prestige way back when new. Always hated the ancient MMI system. My question/comment about the DRL and blinker. The reason for dimming the DRL while blinking is for better visibility and safety. The "aggressive" look well, not my thing. As for the Scandinavian setting on the rear lights. As you may know in Scandinavia during the winter months - it's dark all day every day hence the better visibility. Couple that with the moronic North American lack of a requirement for rear amber colored blinkers is a great way to get rear ended by sending out the wrong visual signal. Since Audi models of that era only had 3G connectivity did you upgrade? Can you upgrade? What is a 2013 S4 worth in this day and age? $15,000? For me, traded the 2013 S5 for a 2018 and crashed it into some woman's Hyundai as she blasted through a stop sign and replaced it with a 2021 S5 with horrible touch screen MMI. This car I use as a daily business driver to keep as a low profile. Keep the better cars for weekends and vacation. The idea of "aggressive" is a bit off in my opinion. Does anyone really care what type of car you drive? Not me.
