Audi A6 e-tron Review: Has Audi finally beaten BMW and Mercedes?

The Audi A6 is dead. Long live the Audi A6 e-tron.
Audi has killed off the petrol and diesel-powered A6, and this is its replacement: the fully electric A6 e-tron.
They've also waved goodbye to the traditional saloon body style too: this A6 comes either as a 'Sportback' (translation: hatchback), or the classic 'Avant' estate.
It's all part of a new naming scheme. In Audi speak, even model numbers (like A4, Q4, A6, Q6...) will be fully electric, and odd numbers will be petrol and diesel powered.
This new A6 e-tron, then, is a rival for the likes of the BMW i5 and Mercedes EQE: fully electric executive cars.

Definitely. It has better range than the BMW and better design than either BMW or Mercedes imho. I think Audi hit the jackpot here.

Nice review. Why are Audi UK limiting suspension choice? It’s the same with the new A5, if you want dynamic dampers, you have to purchase the S5. Given UK roads are horrendous you would think having the choice of nicer suspension would be a bonus, but no, to keep the UK price down, those in the UK get limited choice….it stopped me from purchasing the A5 tdi which is a shame.

Personally I think it is the best looking EV on the market. BMW has lost the plot for me and Mercedes EV looks like a jelly mould? Well done Audi.
