Audi B8.5 A4 Crankshaft Position Sensor No Start

did this fix your starting issue? i also have a crankshaft position code cold start idles find but when i give it gas it just dies

Did you end up replacing this yourself or having a shop do it? My Q5 is in the same position and not an easy job place to get to

Did myself.. sadly this car now sits with front end missing and needing engine

Was the car cranking at all before this?

​@nicholasrendon8648 yes... after aluminum water pump upgrade timing chain slipped over 160k miles on the car.. valves bent this car will be scrapped I think..
