As my ”Audi Legends” KZbin series is getting more and more popular, it’s time to present to you star of the next episode. It’s the first Audi RS5, the 2010 version and with the classic first headlights. This car is really close to my heart and I know it’s one that many of you also adore. Personally I prefer the pre-facelift B8 front over the facelifted B8.5. It just was so much more unique with those headlights and stood out more. Here we have a gorgeous mint 2010 version with only 60k km on the stand. Specced with the classic rotor-wheels. Are you a fan of this by now Audi Legend and future classic?

Beautiful machine! The B8 RS5 wasn’t available in the US so I had to settle for an S5. I’m not sure if I should trade it for a B8.5 RS5 or just keep it.

The B8.5 fixes a few of the issues with the car, namely the mechatronic that had a tendency to delaminate and fail with cars prior to late 2013. Gets a sportier flat-bottom steering wheel as well. Just depends on whether or not you like the updated front facia which serves as the transition into the B9 front-end styling. The led signature gets mistaken for those aftermarket Evo X headlights though.

If the 2010-2013 model is the B8, what do you call the 2014, 2015, which has the same engine? B 8.5? I own the 2015, limited, sports edition, of which Audi only sent 75 to the US.
