2:36 just a thought, maybe you can sand these rims using real sand in a jar with the rim in it and shake it ? Just a thought, no idea if it would work.

That’s an interesting idea🤔 Something like sandblasting. The problem with smoothing out 3D printed rims is that it also removes a bit of the attachment point, which needs to be extremely accurate.

Making the models super durable like the Speed Champions Sets isn’t really my thing, and the AE86 will probably not be any different. As I want to put in as much functions and details as possible. But for the chassi I usually just use a big plate, just like with the RX7, so that’s hard to make any more durable than a solid piece.
