There has been a modification on the earlier bodies. Because welds cracked spontaneous on the earlier models you need to weld some support plates in. Something worth checking at this point.

FYI before you start pulling trying to bend manipulate or finessing aluminum You need to get a couple of cheap heat guns from harbor freight warm the aluminum up before you start working with it warming aluminum up as you're working with it also helps to keep it from cracking Fyi Remember in history they taught us one man lost his powers because of his hair AKA man bun..

If you need to pull the frame some more. Try applying heat. It helps the aluminum move and retain it’s memory

make C welded at the end to help the weld on the bottom from spliting, it would act like a clamp. Like the top of the C with like 3-4 cm on top of the red square welded then another 3-4cm welded at the bottom of you frame clamp, above the nut you weld you continue to make awesome work! keep it strong!

heat is a good source to release the memory in the frame . while pulling the frame use a torch to heat up the area to straighten and use a sledge to help assist it moving back in place . remember to cool down the part not to burn yourselves . just a suggestion . look into it . could help prevent causing the cracks in the frame

Aluminum has a lot of stretch. Usually putting a little heat while pulling everything will go back to place with little pressure.

Hood video of how you fabricated the tooling to straighten out the frame. The cracks under the seam sealer you could not tell were there until it was removed. Now your friend Chris can weld up all those cracks to help you strengthen up the frame

Structural Aluminum should NEVER be straightened, it will be full of micro cracks and make the car extremely unsafe. Brackets are fine to straighten but anything else and you are putting people's lives in danger.

Would removing the windshield make it easier to realign the frame. Windshield will account for 30% of the structural integrity so wouldn’t removing it make it easier to manipulate the frame.
