Pulls like a train! Mines nowhere near that but I know for sure from 4th gear onwards is where it leaves quite a few cars, the torque is just phenomenal.

@@NENTECHM57 Living in the UK we don't have that many options for drag racing. Under launch control it's shockingly fast considering it's just a 4 series. I can see why BMW had to bring out an M3 with Xdrive.

Ha thats funny :) I have an RS3 on order (for now the wait is annoying!) and you would expect to pull away no problem - if not you know the 330d is pimped up a bit! :) Nothing in that was there! :) Maybe the RS needs a pimp up then as well :) its good mid range but its staring point is its launch control really, its a baby RS after all ;)

Oh no, 330d stage 2 are nowhere near rs3 performance. This is a stage 3 im building last 3 years, many things have been changed.

At this stage it was 430bhp and 950nm , but i had it turned down now. Might get more mods soon. Mods list is very long, Ts Hybrid, huge intercooler, ported head, m50d sensors, r90 ect

@@R03333 still get same as before if driven sensibly, but sensibly is not very often so it’s between 33-45mpg depending on way it’s driven. Not really, i like the immediate torque that diesel gives, petrol doesn’t get close.

Did you watch the start? RS3 was right up his rear but when the 330 kicked down the Audi couldn’t pass the BMW until he eased off. Audi was only out in front when he got on the gas out of the roundabout and there was a fair gap before the 330 gave chase.

@@tranceauralI think the 330d was helped out by the fact the RS3 came on the brakes as the bmw stamped on the throttle. The second or two delay is very noticeable when cars are similar in performance etc. If you’re late getting on the throttle against a similar sized car you need a massive amount of extra power to both catch and quickly pull on it. Notice at the end the RS3 moves over to the overtaking lane. He’s waiting for the 330 to come alongside. Match speed and then punch it. Then you’d see the RS3 pull.

I doubt that very much - if anything the RS3 had the advantage to get on the gas before the 330 as he can anticipate the car in front of the BMW pulling over to let him past. So the Audi would have had the jump but it still didn’t gain and the 330 actually pulled slightly at higher speeds.
