Actually it was pretty interesting. You can see in whole youtube a M8 smashing RS7, E63 etc. We know that M8 is a beast but there is not much to watch how 850, which is actually fast, would deal with top performers and those guys showed us.

I just traded my RS5 for a 2019 M4 Comp. Wait a year or so and save some serious cash. Are new Bmw's and Audi's really worth that much when you are going close to supercar territory. Handling wise, for me, Audi's quattro system is near perfection and pin sharp, BMW's handling is different, solid but you can easy spin it and more fun. Depends what type of car you want I guess - still on the fence but if the UK was always sunny definitely would go for the BMW as more fun. So in Australia I love the BMW M8 or in the UK the RS7 for sure! Both look awesome though so I don't you can go wrong as long you know how you will drive in the different climates

I'm just 15 years old, but I wish that Audi RS7 a long time. But how I said, I'm just 15 and I can't drive yet and the RS7 cannot be my first car because it's so expensive. Correct test is BMW M8 C and AUDI RS7, but not at all 850GC. M8 C break it.

nope... The M8 C and M8 C GC are way to fast for the Audi RS7. Not even the R8 is faster than the M8 C and the M8 C isn't even the fastest version. There still coming two faster versions. The M8 CS and M8 CSL. The M8 CSL would have 650hp or 700hp.

You did not watch the whole video. His logic was to match the same price competition. M8 is way more expensive. M8 should compete against GT63s, but unfortunately Audi does not have the model in this range. RS7 shall against the older M6 and CLS63s. But sadly now Mercedes top trim for cls is cls 53 which compete with s7. And no more glorious 6 series for bmw 😞

It’s clear what’s happening here. The M8 GC exists. I think the mapping of the engine is what’s holding M850i back, BMW has to justify the existence of the M8. I reckon an easy ECU tune could unleash enough power to beat the RS7. Clearly the M8 would destroy the RS7.

lol, except the RS7 has bigger turbos (even than the M8) and is running a very conservative tune out of the factory - highlighting how much headroom VAG have in the drivetrain...note the same motor is in the URUS putting out 480kw... My stage 1 RS6 is doing 10.3-4 and 100-200 in under 6 seconds...Now thats value for money.

You could easily tune the bmw to 600 hp with a little ECU tune. It would beat the audi!
