Thanks for the upload! It seems to be typically for an S1 at temperatures above 25 degree C. I guess it was on that day. The Golf GTI with the comparable engine has an intercooler twice the size, but that did not fit in the S1. Consider in my S1 when the Speedometer in the dashboard shows 230, my garmin shows 220! On cold days the Speedo can very quick reach 260, wich correspond to the 250 in the title.

Top speed müsste aber 250 abgeriegelt sein. Sogar mein A5 fährt 250 mit 211 ps und mehr gewicht. Da geht doch bestimmt noch was beim S1

Korrekt. Besitze selbst einen Audi S1 und der ist elektronisch abgeriegelt bei 250 KMH

I own a stock S1 from 2015. It's actually quite boring. It'd need 100 more HP to be funnier to drive. I drive mine like I would an A1 or any other day to day car. The speed doesn't impress me, both because it'd need more power, and because I'm used to driving a Suzuki Hayabusa.

@@instagib5085 the handling isn't something I think a lot of. The steering is very accurate. It has a good feel in the steering wheel. It's bumpy. Rain? No idea

It has the 888 engine , just get a golf R tune on it and it goes to 300 hp. You might need to keep an eye on the temps though.
