Audi S4 B8.5 Engine removal From A to Z. Part 2 of 2 part series.

This is a second time I remove the engine from Audi S4. And this second time is the same "no fun" as the first time :)

Brilliant job, especially doing it all on your own. Not something I would ever be attempting on my own 2010 B8 S4 as I don't have access to a lift but very interesting to see how it all goes together in there. Thanks for sharing!

I missed some music, especially when the engine table slowly went down, if you do ever a 20min cut I suggest Beethoven's 9th for that moment 😁😁

What was the point of removing the axles to the transmission all the way out of the hub. You could of just left them hanging on the wheel hub along with the other arms. Only part that was confusing.

Don’t recall the details why, since it was long time ago, but possibly I will be able to answer your question because I have another S4 on my lift waiting for the engine drop in the near future.

So, I pulled another one. The idea of removing the axles is - they are on the way of the cats (at least). Possibly there is a way to hold them, but 30 seconds to remove them absolutely worth it to make the job much easier.
