Alex Brumbea well go do it because it costs less than a BMW M5 V10. Here in Germany - 20000€ for a clean example with low miles. And you are looking at over 30000€ to buy an M5 with mileage that low and in that good of a condition

Matas Ramoškevičius because in Lithuania is ruled by resellers who hide all the defects and sell the car as fully working when in Germany its mandatory to provide warranty for around half a year if im correct.By the way, you can buy an m5 for 15-20 in Germany as well but the seller would be turkish which would be the same as to buy from volodia from kauno automobiliu turgus.

I owned one of these for a couple of years. Thankfully the aftermarket warranty prevented it from being completely ruinous. They will never build a car like this ever again, and I feel privileged to have owned one. I come back here every so often to remind myself. Next year, I go electric forever. The times are a-changing.

@@f11bot when I tried it, I immediately knew it was the future. I've been running an Audi E-Tron, and it's been great. Smooth, quiet, torquey, and ever so cheap to charge! I miss the sound of the V10, but in the grand scheme of things, that's trivial.

Hi there, as we known it was the original stock exhaust and no customizations were done. This engine is really an outstanding gem from Audi. Try to compare it with the sound of the Audi S6 5.2 V10, it should have the same engine and a similar sound. Good luck with your car search ;-)!

I hope it wasn’t cold when you started it and revved it like a moron... A guy in my street has one of these, he ran it for 12y. He recently bought a 7-series hybrid and got rid of the S8. It did sound awesome when passing by tho. He loved to drive that car pretty hard. We have a Lexus SC400 at home, wich sounds pretty good as well. But it only has 8 cyl. :( a V10 has something unique to it

I would really like to hear it from Morph that this is a standard exhaust??!! Trying to decided between the Maserati quattroporte and the S8. Thought the Mas had it on sound, so was willing to put up with the clutch issues and significantly less reliability/longevity, for the sound..... But this is most definitely better, S8 it is then!!2

I love petrol engines as well... but Audi's W12 TDI is really good. The ywon a lot of LeMans races with that engine. But I know only 1 Audi's model with that engine: Audi Q7. It is really good and the only car which could compete with BMW X5M... but I can only imagine how expensive is it's repairs (diesel's are much more complicated comparing to petrol).

Hey dude, the Belgian black audi s8 revving is mine; it's an amazing car because it weighs less than 2000kg with aluminium frame which is the same weight as the mercedes cls 63 amg, I only chose the Audi because of it's much powerful look, elegance and better soundig too! the Mercedes is better handling, but whatever on the road... I can put all my luggages and snowboard as well and go skiing in the mountains.. and it goes 5sec to 100, even in uphill in the alps :-p .....

Niceness. Usually im all about BMW's. But i have to say, that this A8 version is so attractive in all ways! I actually like this one better than the new series of the A8. I think that this was the time where Audi actually outran BMW concerning they'r 7-series, which was really hideous compared to this A8. But when it comes to the latest models, BMW's 7-series is, in my opinion, outrunning the A8 ;o) But hey, every time has its heroes (:
