I do feel the same way, but I like self sabotage. As weird as that sounds I love to push my life to the edge. I have fast cars. I love drinking and driving, I love to be intoxicated and driving with my music screaming and I fear facing reality when I'm on a comedown from my buzz and high.

I think it's natural to feel sad every once in a while. Even if it's for no good reason and your life is in a good or better place than it's ever been, or that you're used to. What I would be a bit more worried about is if someone I cared about started to become giddy and happy when they are supposed to be scared and worried 😂

It’s definitely good to do that once in a while. It’s cathartic and you get to release some of what you’ve been holding on to. A relief.

Its the easiest thing in the world to be negative. It takes no effort whatsoever. Its like a default mode we can all sink to. Just letting life drag you along. Taking control of your life and making something positive happen takes focus and effort. That negative voice in your head will fight you all the way but its worth it for you and the people around you.

You’re stepping into the unknown and it’s terrifying so you go back to what’s your comfort zone which it’s sadness cause I’m the same way it’s hard to stop it but it gets better after a while of getting used to the unknown 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
