Hi @Audient does this device have a 15 amp cord which is used for a 15 amp outlet or is it a 20amp cord

ASP4816-HE doesn't use modular channel strips which allows for a slimmer profile and more efficient internal cooling

Our larger ASP8024-HE is available as a 36 channel console and uses the same channel layout as the ASP4816.

That headphone jack is certainly in an akward place. Far away from the engineer and requiring the headphone cable to dangle on top of the console. Also, plenty of room there for real VU meters that I'm sure people would pay a couple extra bucks for.
