It certainly is new for that last two lines. However it might have been a side quest or main story sequence involving both characters that was deleted from the game. Also i loved Alfred's deleted line and wish they kept that one. Got to remind the players that Batman is still a billionaire with a huge mansion and Alfred can't be Oracle's temporary replacement 24/7

I believe the "bombing" lines are referencing when the Penguin's goons blow the bridge outside the GCPD building. Maybe in an early version of the game, Batman (and possibly Catwoman) would of had to try to stop said bombings in a main or side mission

The only thing I can think of with that last Batman line about the bombing is it's a special "I can't do that right now." piece of dialogue for Batman when he tries to either open an electrical substation or hack the PDA during the Protocol 10 bombings. I don't think I've ever tried capturing Deadshot during Protocol 10. I know you can do Bane, Hush, and Riddler during P10, but I guess it'd be kinda difficult to do Deadshot.

I think the reason why they removed Alfred mentioning the reporters, is that it wouldn't make much sense. He would be aiding Batman from the Batcave, not from inside the mansion so I doubt he'd hear anything from outside.

I'm guessing Batmans bombing line may have been related to protocol 10 and trying to select Deadshot's side quest. Catwoman's bombing line also could've been remnant from an early design of the tyger vault mission.
