Seems originally Catwoman would never be freed until all Riddles were complete. It may have been like City where you had to do a certain amount before you can do the next challenge. But I feel like it was just the final fight which required riddles but Catwoman was only freed then. This would make Riddler cheating and Catwoman randomly returning make more sense. Rocksteady likely knew many players would never do this though and wanted to have players see their goodbye.

There’s a dialogue between Batman and Alfred after the Ace Chemicals explosion. It’s about if Batman should tell Tim that Barbara’s been kidnapped. It’ll work if Batman goes to the movie studios right after the explosion and it triggers after he hits the elevator button. After that’s done you can go and lie to Tim when leaving the elevator.

There was a Chat between the Arkham Knight and to a Militia Soldier, the Chat was nearly on the Beginning of the Demo, where Batman hast talked to Oracle and he was try it to bring the Batmobile into the Compound. After the Talk, we can remote the Batmobile. In that moment you have the Original Conversation: Arkham Knight: "Main Gate's open. Get ready. You 've got a billion-dollar tank headed straight for you." Militia Soldier: "We've deployed a Diamondback to the main courtyard, Sir. We'll crush him". But in the Demo you have this Conversation! Arkham Knight: "Main Gate's open. Get ready. You 've got a billion-dollar tank headed straight for you." Militia Soldier: "What the Hell?!....." And Batman had the same Line but, he spoke much more emotionally and slower. This Conversation what is in the Game inn: "Let's see if Oracle was right. Data connection..........(over a second pause) active. data decrypting (again over second pause), some needs up to Update, their Security Protocols". (He spoke in a normal speed)
