Thank you for this. I started crying halfway through the video. You spend all day trying to pretend the pain isn't there, sometimes it is good to just acknowledge it and feel it for what it is.

Such a great little meditation. I also wish it was a bit longer, or left a bit more time,space for the sensations that arise. I did it four times today for different parts of my body to see what kind of shapes my pains take. And from some parts I found clear emotions that were stuck there, fear, uncertainty.
