This is wonderful to do before sleep .... from havoc to calm. Another great 1 is Wim hoff's KZbin channel where he has a breathing guide for beginners where you breathe in-and-out for 3 minutes and you do it 3 cycles it's wonderful. Oh yea..... Hope it helps !

@@NOne-yt1tj I've been doing this 7/11 breathing technique where are you where you Breathe in for 7 seconds, focus on your stomach and then your ribs and then your chest and then the top and the crown of your head .... Pause a moment and then breathe out through those areas and push the air out through the bottom of your feet all the stress goes out your feet. You can do it about 10 times and then work your way up to 20 to 30 times.

keep a gratitude journal and start every morning by writing three things, then increase later. it can just be things you like like hobbies in the beginning. later you will learn to appreciate the simpler things the more you think of different stuff to add.

I was heavily depressed a year again and couldn’t smile during the ‘smile if that feels comfortable part,’ a year later and it feels comfortable to smile and even continue smiling while watching this video. Thank you for gifting me this meditation video that has gotten me through some of the hardest stages of my life I’ve experienced. I’ve been having a ruff couple of weeks and sitting here alone in my dark room doing this helped relive my stress and I actually cried I haven’t felt this relived in along time

Spoke to soon ... went to ent today and they said it's not my ears . And maybe its stress .... I jus want to feel better. Wonder if it's some type of super virus r something... huhhhhh

I woke up at 5am today for the sunrise and it was super magical. No one is up yet so I decided to do this meditation too, and it was great. Thank you. Wishing everyone a good day :)

Dealing with some major depression right now. I'm switching medications around, going cold turkey on my old anti-depressant while my psychiatrist prescribed me something new, and currently I'm waiting for everything to level out. For a week now I've been practicing meditating, and this helps me clear my mind and feel a bit more positive each day. Thank you so much!

I wish you love and healing. I will send your peaceful reiki energy to ease your medication transition. I struggle with depression as well and have for about 90% of my life. Meditation has done so much more to ease my depression than any medication. Please take care of yourself. Your life matters to me. You are so much more than any depression. ❤️🌈💐
