I have been searching for this comment!!!! My eyes just started to shake a bit and then I teared up, like how did I never thank my body for keeping me healthy 19years long while I fill it with alcohol and junk food. It made me realize how lucky I am to still be so healthy!!

This is wonderful to do before sleep .... from havoc to calm. Another great 1 is Wim hoff's KZbin channel where he has a breathing guide for beginners where you breathe in-and-out for 3 minutes and you do it 3 cycles it's wonderful. Oh yea..... Hope it helps !

Honestly, doing this meditation almost everyday is the best choice I have made ❤ I always get headaches and feel stressed out, but whenever I do this 5 minute meditation, I feel refreshed....relaxed:)

Myself as well. I have been learning a lot about myself these past couple of years, and i have recently realized how much stress and anxiety i carry around, and project outwardly. This guided me to some form of calmness and relaxation. I will continue with this meditation, and share this with my loved ones

@@NOne-yt1tj I've been doing this 7/11 breathing technique where are you where you Breathe in for 7 seconds, focus on your stomach and then your ribs and then your chest and then the top and the crown of your head .... Pause a moment and then breathe out through those areas and push the air out through the bottom of your feet all the stress goes out your feet. You can do it about 10 times and then work your way up to 20 to 30 times.

I was literally so anxious to the point that I was shaking. I decided to take a break and try my best to meditate for a bit. As the meditation went on I started crying, happy and grateful tears. Thank you so much for that, I needed it 🙏❤

The same thing happened to me. I just started medical school a month ago and every day feels like I have to bring 110 percent. The pressure has been getting to me. And when he said “listen to what your body is trying to tell you,” I immediately broke down.

keep a gratitude journal and start every morning by writing three things, then increase later. it can just be things you like like hobbies in the beginning. later you will learn to appreciate the simpler things the more you think of different stuff to add.

I was heavily depressed a year again and couldn’t smile during the ‘smile if that feels comfortable part,’ a year later and it feels comfortable to smile and even continue smiling while watching this video. Thank you for gifting me this meditation video that has gotten me through some of the hardest stages of my life I’ve experienced. I hope this video gives everyone a chance to breathe and maybe even a chance to comfortably smile again.

that's amazing you are able to do that. it was hard work i'm sure to get to that state but you did and you should give urself credit for that. for showing up for yourself time and time again because you were sick of the suffering, you wanted peace. you are getting closer. as a complete stranger i understand what you feel and i am proud of you. it brings me joy to know that you have improved your life in a positive way. lots of love from one stranger to another ❤

Dealing with some major depression right now. I'm switching medications around, going cold turkey on my old anti-depressant while my psychiatrist prescribed me something new, and currently I'm waiting for everything to level out. For a week now I've been practicing meditating, and this helps me clear my mind and feel a bit more positive each day. Thank you so much!

I wish you love and healing. I will send your peaceful reiki energy to ease your medication transition. I struggle with depression as well and have for about 90% of my life. Meditation has done so much more to ease my depression than any medication. Please take care of yourself. Your life matters to me. You are so much more than any depression. ❤️🌈💐
