i have also the walnut tt too, its very good. Very recommended for vinyl listeners and for those who wanna upgrade more the cartridge and headshell. (the AT60LP is recommended for beginners, also a good one). i upgraded my stylus with Microline for more detailed sound, fixes the inner groove distortion and minimum Sibliance. Its expensive than elliptical, but its worth for higher frequency sound. The Preamp is also good, maybe bit higher but its perfectly balanced. Since i use my JVC bookshelt hifi stereo component and boost the bass a bit. so i'm happy with my whole setup and my Audio Technica Turntable :>.

Hey, nice video! I'm waiting on delivery of this model. You might have already changed this, but I think you have the Perspex cover on backwards. The two grooves in the Perspex are where the hinges go. You'll also see two rubber dampeners that should be towards the front of the deck to soften the close. I'm no expert at all, but it also looked like the cartridge was heavy on the needle when you were playing the record which might be a tracking force setting. There is a useful set-up video for Audio Technica for this model that explains the counterbalance and tracking force. Too much force could damage your vinyl and perhaps sound off too.

Hah! Oh my god I don't know how I mixed that up thank you for pointing that out. I'll have to go fix that. I'll be sure to double check the force on the needle. I haven't had any sound issues and it seems pretty light when I set the bar down to lower the needle when I play. Appreciate the feedback!

@@WarnerDiscovers Good luck swapping back round, I’ll be checking my own assembly skills once mine arrives! It might just have been the camera angle re. the tracking force.

Great video! How are you finding the turntable after using it for a few weeks? I’m looking at purchasing one of these for my first TT as well.

Thanks! I really appreciate it. I really have been liking it. I do notice that when I have it hooked up to the speakers and they are “on” prior to turning on the turntable, you will hear a “pop” upon pushing the button in the back and when you lift and close the lid you might hear some interference. This is something a few people spoke about in reviews, something about re-wiring the pre-amp can avoid these things. Other than that, no complaints. It’s been great, sounds good.
