On TJC, the Jewellry Channel, at least twice a year, they sell Organic Jojoba, which is a wax ester, which occurs in the skin. It's Good for All kinds of skin problems, also can be used in the ears, and in the throat. It comes from Australia. I don't think it's more than £20. I'll see if i can find an old receipt. I’m a day late, quite the lie in today! These were AMAZING! I was, FINALLY, at my ENT’s office yesterday. Haven’t been in 3 years. I’m supposed to get my ears cleaned every six months and a sinus ‘power wash’ once a year. He had a student this go round and let her do my outer ear while he tackled the inner. She was so excited. I could see the screen so we were in awe at what was coming out! Your name came up and it was hysterical! Had to stop for a moment because she was laughing as I attempted to imitate you commentating! I’m back in the States too, for the Holiday season! I feel so much better. Ears cleaned out, sinuses power washed…I’m a whole new woman. The student was telling me that most of her fellow mates watch you! They have learned loads. So, well done Mr. B. You’re a superstar! ⭐️ 🤩

I just want to say that I recently watched another providers ear wax removal videos and was appalled at how terribly painful the process appeared from the appearance skin of the ear canal and the little “jumps” the patient made. This was despite having the correct tools but obviously not using best practice guidelines. I had stopped watching any videos but yours years ago, but the youtube algorithm decided to suggest someone else, but never again (except Durham Hearing Specialist’s videos). You are so concerned with your patients comfort, so kind, so reassuring, so gentle, so careful, that I was thinking other practitioners would adopt best practice guidelines like you follow. After I watched this provider go in blind with St.Bart’s hook, pushing hard and scraping against the skin off the ear canal, and continue to do so deeper and deeper without apparent concern for the ear drum, I shudder at the end result as it appeared so painful. I could absolutely see why you have your patients use olive oil beforehand, why you use it doing the extraction and why you use the tools you use and how you use them, including your special “wiggles “.
