You know when you're buying Sonus Faber Aida and then the speaker cables are 50% what are the cost of the speakers I can put timber cable on these things and you wouldn't notice a damn bit difference except for 4559 ⁰⁰ left 😅

Great setup and fantastic speakers I have the Aida myself. I also have the K2's a but now went to the Reference from Steven custom. They use a 6Gaudge cable and a 2 gauge silver strand. incredible and Bi wiring does not work at all as long as you have a crossover inside your speakers, You can get them for much less then 42K by the way, they go from 25K to 38K depending who sales them in a 6 feet. Just use the Jumper and a good cable like you have you will have the same sound then spending more money on bi wiring,

It’s a Placebo Effect. High end cost cables makes you feel like it sounds better, and gives you the delusion that they will last longer. Do a pure blind test against $500 cables, $6000 cables, and $46000 cables and see if people can really tell a difference. This is why Audioquest, Monster, and these other brands never do blind audio tests.

What people don't understand and have no clue. That make the cable topic such a controversial topic. You can take the most expensive speaker cables in the world. That speaker cable is one with a "secret" box on the cable that has inductors, capacitor and resistor in that box. And in one system: They will have a profound effect. From not satisfying sound quality with "ordernary" cables. But when changing to the worlds most expensive then you get good sound from the same system that you could live with and be happy. But in another system: With the the same two different speaker cables that were used above there is more or less no difference in sound quality. Then you start to realize that it is NOT ONLY about the speaker cables! And we understand that whomever testing two different speaker cables will get different outcome depending on what power amp and speakers they use. In their system. Because it is depending on power amplifier capabilities to drive specific loads (speakers). It is not about watts there is other factors like impedance. That will also give us something that audiophiles likes to talk about.. synergy effects. Just a word that describes that they don't know what is going on technically but they know that it somehow sounds better for some unknown reason.. it has synergy. (And also why some combinations will revile a higher sound quality difference when switching power amplifiers when other combinations will not matter as much.) That is also why if we go higher end speaker cables from audioquest there they offer a service: by knowing what the speakers are and power amplifier, then they optimize those components in the magic box for that unique pairing (if you want the BEST sound quality.) So you will get a unique speaker cable between your components. So some amplifiers will be hugely affected of what speaker cables is used. And other amplifiers will not care so much about what speaker cables is used. So it is NOT just about the speaker cable or the price of the cable and the focus is somewhat wrong to ONLY look at the speaker cables. And the outcome and conclusions could be totally different with other components in the system but comparing the same two cables in that altered system. So in practice for the viewers this kind of A and B comparison between two speaker cables is rather pointless if not the viewer has the same power amplifier and speaker combination. So again it is NOT about if someone has a higher high-end speaker than they maybe might hear a greater sound quality difference. But you would think so when not knowing electronics and understanding that other speakers is not giving more or less sound quality depending if they're higher or lower HiFi quality and price. When it is about the kind of load what the power amplifier see and can handle more or less well. And the speaker cables with different induction on it self or added passive components that adjust/alter the sonic outcome. (It is not only about watts for a amplifier or resistance for a speaker cable. When it is more complex.) But most of this just flies over the head of the HiFi hobbyist, and very few have a grasp or a clue about.

In the first place u need to compare at least have a proper setup using rose player without highs n lows is not going to show u how good is the cable is. A highend cables normally will present u with extreme micro details with elegant refinement superb mid range with open space within the vocals n instruments n produced clean n layer bass line

I believe there is no benefit to bi-wiring.

Biwiring will give.. 1. Half the resistance 2. Half the inductance 3. Double the capacitance That alone will change the sonic signature. Even if you shotgun them and hook them up to a single set of binding posts.
