Sir, for borrowings valid claim is under existence assertion page 5.28 in ICAI material. The first audit procedure is to review board minutes for approval of new lending agreements. So for question 15 shouldn't the answer be option 3?

Yes. Might be. Total funded exposure to a particular borrower we need to check. But to this borrow ABC traders only cash credit limit there. So no problem

Sir with regards to borrowing mcq...in study material both points 3 and 4 are present in study mat regarding valid claims...so both might be correct. Also the study mat says trend analysis instead of consumption as there is no such analytical procedure such as consumption analysis in study mat
