That's part of why gov offices are limited or nonpublic forums where there is no right to film anyway. They've even been going to health departments & medical facilities to do their fraudits. Also, fun fact: at least 99% of these frauditors are convicted pedos, rapists, & domestic abusers. Many have convictions for armed robbery. This guy in particular is a member of a neo-fascist hate group (proud "boys") & participated in the attempted coup on Jan 6th to try to overturn a democratic election. But there is no right to film them. There is no "right" to film in a gov building at all. They're all limited or nonpublic forums. Plus most people who work for municipal, county or state gov are just regular people; not elected officials. & before some moron claims SCOTUS ruled we have the right to film our public officials...no, they didn't. They ruled we have the right to film police in the course of their duties...when they're in public. By "public" meaning out on the streets, which is a traditional public forum. NOT while they're in the police station or any other gov building where there's no right to film. "Fr-auditors" & their "lens-licker" sycophants will tell you differently, but if you've taken a class on constitutional law, you'd know how very wrong they are.

I hate how people look down on guys like Daniel because there is some people who claim to do what he does but in a more aggressive and not so polite way, but him and Sean from Long Island and others like them are always respectful never raise their voice to cause a scene or anything they are there to make sure the government is held accountable for their actions and to make sure our rights as Americans aren't fringed upon. We need people like them who are willing to sacrifice their freedom to make sure our rights aren't stomped on to the point where we lose them. Our founding fathers understood how people with power could easily become tyrannical which is the exact reason they chose to write the constitution. They made sure we the people had the necessary abilities to keep our government from being so powerful that they could control us in the way every other nation in the world has been controlled. They wanted to make sure people like Hitler or Stalin didn't show up in this country, they had the foresight to see how easily power gets to people and corrupts even the best intentioned person to the point or tyranny

I've even seen videos of them talking to each other where one literally says it's policy to charge someone once they've been touched. I totally agree, I may not agree with his political beliefs at all, but he keeps all of that shit completely separate from his auditing stuff, and the way he's being treated for constitutionally protected activity is absolutely disgusting. Trying to keep body cam footage of something as simple as when they asked him to leave while recording is not only a clear example of them trying to hide some kind of corruption, but refusing his FOI requests and filing those harassment charges is just petty and vindictive (take a look at those statements from the workers, they were all filed 10 days after he was there and and are incredibly similar, like they all say he "caused them alarm" which is exactly one of the elements of the charge of harassment and a wording that no one really uses, which makes it incredibly clear that they were coached).
