The building referred to is 9-10 Calverley Terrace, up until Dec 2023 it belonged to Tunbridge Wells Council but they have been trying to dispose of it. "The South East Ambulance Service currently holds a lease of part of the ground floor as a rest area for staff operating in the area. Their agreement also allows them to park vehicles at the front of the building." "It is felt that the best option to bring the property and the site back into effective and long-term use would be to dispose of the property to another party who can take on the task of redevelopment." At the current time the car park in front is still being used as a council permit holder car park and as we see in the video the ambulance service have use of it, suggesting the property has not yet been sold. The modern par park at the rear is a council permit holders only car park. In conclusion you stepped inside a council operated car park to avoid a lady with a dog obstructing the pavement and viewed a toy dancing maiden on a car dashboard, this is not an offence. You also followed a pavement footpath beside the police station into the Council Yard Car Park also a council permit holders only car park, also not an offence. The claim by the gentleman that he owns and lives in 9-10 Calverley Terrace is possible but doubtful, the building was derelict office space a year ago and still houses an Ambulance crew rest area. This was probably a police officer impersonating a member of the public armed with nothing but suspicion.

@@wafflepants6655 I'm a First Aider, I was arrested for following first aid training and disabling a car involved in an accident. The driver was a serial hit and run driver,had no insurance, was medically unfit to hold a driving license, couldn't see out of the side or rear windows of his car or use any of the mirrors and was reversing along the pavement at the time of the accident. The police that showed up failed to notice any of the above. I have utter contempt for Kent Police, their failure to control unregistered motorbikes and quadbikes in the county is a joke as are most of their officers!
